
Imported salad is gaining popularity in the arctic nation of Greenland where plants can’t grow. Though the cost is high and the journey is long for leafy greens to reach Greenland’s shores more families are incorporating them into their diet. Seizing on the opportunity one couple is working to do the impossible, grow salad locally. Relying on hydroponic technology salad is now growing where it never has before.
